Jobson Italia srl,
has been involved in the metal-shipmaking sector since 1990 and is highly specialised in spare parts for Japaness and European marine diesel engines: jackets, pistons, cylinder heads, sprayers, valve seating, suction and dump valves, ball bearings, filters, thermocouples and anything else needed for naval maintenance.
The workshop is mainly involved in re-conditioning marine components re-certifying them with the main Classification Authorities.
We have been a MAN B&W authorised workshop since January 2005.
Jobson Italia Srl has a workgroup highly specialised in rebuilding marine motors and in emergency intervention; it can intervene in any port or on any ship needing control or repairs.
The company has a large stock of re-conditioned certified components ready to ship any way you want.
The yard is mainly involved in naval repairs: repairing and rebuilding marine engines, building and repairing boilers, heat exchangers and radiators, conditioning services, refrigerator repairs, pump service, mechanical repairs for naval parts, electro-repairs, carpentry, production, replacement and assembly of ship piping.
Equipped for ultra-sound cleaning of large air refrigerators with relative certification once cleaned.
Turbo-compressor parts:
engines, air inlets and outlets, blades, nozzles, bearings, pumps.
Compressor parts: valves, pistons, spring-plates and gaskets.
Marine equipment: radar, gyroscopes, automatic pilots, sirens, halon-carbon dioxide extinguishers.
Oil separator parts:
L.O regenerator filters, H.F.O regenerator filters and D.O. Regenerator filters.
Repairs at sea:
service, technical consultancy and assistance.
